About MEUS Capital
We are a specialist investment firm dedicated entirely to constructing, structuring, and managing US private market portfolios for Middle Eastern institutional capital.
The Origin
MEUS Capital was founded on a singular observation: Middle Eastern capital was consistently underperforming in US private markets not because of poor asset selection, but because of inefficient structuring.
Generalist US managers do not optimize for sovereign wealth or Gulf-based family offices. The result is often a silent drag on returns—up to 300 basis points—lost to unoptimized tax leakage (ECI, FIRPTA) or delayed by reactive CFIUS filings.
We built MEUS to solve this. Our team combines Tier 1 US private equity experience with deep structuring expertise specifically tailored for the GCC region.

No. We believe commingled funds force LPs into a lowest-common-denominator tax structure. We build bespoke single-managed accounts (SMAs) and co-investment vehicles tailored to the specific tax profile of each LP.
We target direct equity investments and co-investments between $50M and $250M per transaction. For smaller exposures, see our dilution modeling tool to understand impact.
